Set's curse - and other card that burn an ally outright - tend to be my prefered way to deal with troublesome ally, because all too often stealing an ally result in someone else stealing it again.
Pursuit and a .44 also tend to work very well, since ally deck tend to have reserves, but not enough to lose an ally at every block, and few ally have real solution against gun combat (well, SCS certainly do, but few of the other)
Anything that work against Maris Streck is good too, since she is the best solution to catch action at +2 stealth or more with ally.

Nightmares Upon Nightmares, Event, Gehenna.
Do not replace until your next discard phase.
For each minion a Methuselah controls during his or her untap phase, the Methuselah must burn a card from his or her hand or tap that minion. Cards burned in this way are not replaced until the master phase. Vampires with capacity greater than the number of Gehenna cards in play and mortal allies are not affected by this card.
Good against a horde of Embraces, or Nephandus or Garou; they'll need to dump lots of cards each turn just to use their minions. Not useful against Imbued, because they are mortal allies.

What sort of deck are you playing? Or would you like to play?
Regardless of specific tech, consider negotiating cross-table. Weenie wall looks like it's going to roll the table? Negotiate with your grand-predator: "I'll hurt my predator/your prey, if you throw a few votes at the weenie nightmare. No AUS, he can't block cross-table." That sort of thing.
I've also seen a number of very good players make very good use of a buffer player, negotiation or no. I'm about to oust my prey and get the weenie nightmare as my new prey? Okay, I'll tool up now, I'll call my votes now, when the weenie Unmasking nightmare can't block me.

What is some efficient ally/weenie tech? I ran into a good amount of each in the tournament this past weekend. Also, ways to destroy/cancel/make invalid The Unmasking would be good. Suggestions?

Chair of Hades could see some use. I was trying to make a Wormwood Chair of Hades deck, it wasn't spectacularly successful.

Entrancement is good too I have heard. Anarcist Uprising/Ancilla Empowerment kills swarms dead as well, whether weenies or allies.
