FWIW, Ben Peal also won a tourney with a Black Hand Thuggee deck that had little Black Hand tech in it. It was mostly obf/OBF with AUS bounce. It's the Thugginator !

Ben's deck doesn't include the latest tech such as Veil the Legions or even any Arts. 8 bounces ensure that he wont get bled out very soon. Thugginator doesn't have much plus bleed and i wonder why there is cards like Domain of Evernight when some obf cards are definitely better providing stealth... Crypt size is low but using already BH vampires saves a lot of space.

No, it's just another +1 stealth at [obf] card. If the deck were made these days, it'd also include Gift of Sleep for the same reason.

I agree that this deck type could be very strong. Here is how I would hack it. Be ruthless when cutting cards. If you have 6x Ashur Tablets, I'd consider putting those in as well.
