Black Hand Thuggees!

The only decks that need 90 cards are extreme outliers like Una, certain kind of CEL-weenies or decks with 10x Liquidation. Everything else is better with 60-80 cards. The transition to small decks is a bit of a leap of faith but trust me, once you try it in practice you'll never want to go back.
With 6-8x Art of Memory, 3-4 Reunion Kamuts go a long way.
Conceals seem a little dubious to me. Even when there's a really good target on the table a stealth bleed deck should be better off by spending the action on either bleeding or creating more bleeders.

75 cards might be too low for a this deck and i've tried to counter inconsistency here by having dreams, admonitions, weeping stone and the heart. They should help me cycling the cards i need at the moment.

Considering the bleeding: Occasional bleed plus could do well but i don't really know how to fit computer hacking in this deck. Kamut is such a good card and saves me a lot pool as well as gives me speed influence. Conceals i consider too valuable to leave out. On the other hand, 6 minions at average should be able to create a bleed threat enough as a default.

Yeah, I went against it in the Fee Stake: Helsinki I finals, I think. Between the Thugs, Saulot, obf/dom and Presence-bleed on the table, Thugs were the deck I was most worried about.

Petri made a Obf/Thuggee deck and qualified with it on FCQ at Paris.
He might have some pointers...

I wish i had even 6 of Arts...
Tuning down the deck size will propably make it work faster and better.

Latest version:
Since there are 37 obf cards, i came to a conclusion that i want to keep obf-disciplines here to max out all the obf cards effects. Additional bleed and Art of Memory's could also fit here but i don't know what to take out.
I'll have to test the deck to see how the card ratios work & cycle in general. On the other hand, by discarding all the reactions the deck size will come down to 79 cards...

My version was an obf/aus mix, and used the Thuggees mostly as blockers and bleeders; I quite rarely got to use the "
1 pt damage" special ability on the Thuggees. A few camera phones to boost that bleed of 1 to a 2, but mostly it was a swarm bleed affair with *lots* of obfuscate and some auspex for defense. Unmasking to make the Thuggees into cheap blockers.
Were I to rebuild it, I'd put more Art of Memory in it
I didn't have any Reunion Kamuts in mine, because my thinking was I wanted to have as many vampires out as possible (to enable more Thuggees). Of course, some Reunions do make sense, but in general with a Thuggee deck you need lots of controlled black hand minions out.

Petri made a Obf/Thuggee deck and qualified with it on FCQ at Paris.I believe this deck type has serious tournament level potential.
