Anarch Revolt + Derange FTW

I have a deck that plays something like this but is a little bit funnier.

Lubomira Hradock the 3 cap Nos Anti and a 4/5/6 cap malk.
Malkavian Dementia, Malkavian Time Auction, Parthenon, Villein, Golconda, Madness Network

Equip Lubomira with a Leather Jacket, Derange Lubomira, untap at end of turn. Madness Network Derange whomever you want to ruin during your Master phase. Malkavian Dement, Villein, Golconda is bad but a Time Auction can be truly hysterical.

I like the concept, but I am not a fan of the Nephtali angle. It opens the door up to other large independent (anarch) vampires gaining a title which can then thwart your political aspirations. I also think pure Golconda recursion for pool gain is a bit fragile. Slight change to crypt to provide more Presence for Voter Captivation. With Deranges on the table, you should control the vote situation easily. I am a big fan of recursion so two Reinforcements to bring back cards you want. As a result, fewer permanent master card slots needed. Adjusted stealth and bounce package.
