Trochomancy ?
Every Brinksmanship deck I've ever seen featured Dia de los Muertos.

But... If I bleed with trochomancy I don't win via brinkamnship... My objective is win milling not bleeding

It never hurts to have a backup plan.

Maybe more to the point, if you don't have "bleed my prey to zero pool" as your backup plan, why do you have Pulse of the Canaille in this deck?
