This is a deck that almost won the Ashville, NC tournament last year. It is a Anarch Potence/Protean Bleed/Rush Multi-Action deck that uses Hell-For-Leather for Pool Damage.
Love this deck. Few things I am wondering about...

Leo Washington feels really odd to not have

It is a 2 cap vs 5 cap, so there is a speed differential, but then I am confused about Nails.
Also, he is a 6 cap but I would think Henry Taylor would be amazing for your deck.

Is there a specific reason why you aren't running Dreams?
Also, I am confused about Society of Leopold, this version has no intercept/block package... are you just trying to catch someone empty?
Blood Turnip is cute, but wouldn't Twilight Camp better since it is blood gain + anarch conversion?
Perfectionist seems odd in deck that is almost completely direct actions. How often does this usually trigger?

I like your combat package, but your lack of reactions means you are effectively all-in on the rush/bleed strategy. So is the idea just be faster than everyone else on the table? I can't help but think Power Bleed would be a serious threat to you. Would Protection Racket be worth it?
Also, I am confused about Status Perfectus with no intercept/unlock in your deck. Are you using that card purely for the blood manipulation?

So Field training is effectively a free cycle and a stop gap for missing disciplines. You really want the

1. I tried out Interceptor, not a fan. It basically works if you have an Anarch Convert in play... which seems fine, but practically this is a late game card. And the entire challenge of this deck is that you need to get rolling quickly.
2. The deck either works or fails almost completely on how fast it can get on the board. So, the key is going to find a way to move forward and influence out vampires faster. You are effectively trying to steam roll your opponents. So anything that doesn't help with this goal probably needs to be cut.
3. Combat seems fine. In fact, the card cycling in combat is great. A gun on the opposing minion, especially if backed up with damage prevention is a serious threat.
4. Equipment is a bit of a sore point with this deck. On one hand, it would be great to have another option than punching in the face. On the other hand, it is the only part of the deck that is consistent enough to guarantee the card cycling. Plus the negative action of going to get an equipment card is a real problem.
