a master phase action is supposed to represent a methuselah's direct action in the game. a master card that granted a minion optional maneuvers, presses, or what have you would be largely inappropriate. Especially since there exists various equipment cards that do just that.

Masters can give your minions stealth, intercept, bleed, votes, presses, blood , pool...pretty much everything but maneuvers and additional strikes... there is no logical reason to prevent a master that grants maneuvers or additional strikes... a methuselah should be able to let minions (or just vamps) do it; and with style

I was thinking something speciifc like the mob connections/polic station.... only useable to go long or short... one master for each... my vampire lore isn't good enought to actually come up with titles or card names.
the additional strike is a little more difficult... sounds like a definate unique master though

Maybe it could be less terrible than that. However I think it's fair to restrict additional strikes to certain disciplines.Battle Frenzy

Choose an Osebo in combat. That Osebo gets an additional strike each round this combat. This does not count against his or her additional strike limit. During the press step each round this combat, that Osebo burns 1 blood.
