Pay for the Best
Master.
Requires Assamite or Black Hand
1 pool
Put this card in play. Whenever a minion with a contract leaves the ready region, where the chosen minion for the contract was a minion you control, you may tap this card to gain 2 pool. If the minion with the contract goes to the ashheap or is removed from the game, gain 3 pool. Burn this card if a vampire you control with capacity 7 or more goes to torpor during combat.
Priority Contract
Master.
Requires Assamite or Black Hand.
2 pool
Choose a minion controlled by your prey and put this card in play. Every vampire you control may take a +1 stealth
action to enter combat with the chosen minion. If that minion is in the ashheap or removed from the game before your influence phase, gain 4 pool. Burn this card in your discard phase.

Has anybody tested Trophies for burned minions under a Contract, the same way they work against Red Lists?
Maybe you could improve 2 sucky mechanics in one go.

priority contract should probably be Master. Contract. for thoroughness' sake. Also it feels like the "before your influence phase" restriction is unnecessary if you're burning the card during the discard phase.

I love that "pay for the best" make you gain pool if the owner Golconda his vampire.
That being said, I don't believe it's the good direction, beause nobody want a deck to consistently torpor every minion of his prey. I would like better cards that handicap your predator / prey because he is tracked or whatever. For example :
Paranoia
Action modifier
Play after a combat between a minion with a contract and an assamite you control that was chosen for this contract. Until the end of the minion's controller turn, reaction and nonhunt actions cost one additional blood.
False Flag Operation
Action modifier.
Play after a combat between a minion and one of your assamite and both minion are ready. Tap the other minion and untap the assamite ; he must take a
action to enter combat with another minion of the same controller.
That way, if you destroy your prey minion, you are happy, and if you didn't, well you still gain advantages to oust him.
(of course, thoses are top-of-the head idea, certainly with a lot of oversight)

Works with Banishment, which isn't the funnest thing in the world (and a variety of hilarious tricks). Something closer to the trigger for Red List - combat or as a
action - would probably be better.
Additionally, it could be used quite weirdly to capitalize on someone else's efforts. Meth A hits Meth B. Meth E chooses Meth B's minions for contracts. Meth A sending Meth B's minions to the ash heap (or wherever) gives Meth E pool. WoD-thematically, that might be reasonable - who can say E didn't kill him? But in V:TES terms, it's a bit weird.
