I really want to know how this card can change the game, more than turn other things like Galaric's Legacy to dust.

First of all, we have a master card to turn an untitled vampire into anarch, Galaric's Legacy. Your card doesn't respect the lore behind the prohibition to a titled vampire just become "anarch'.

Also, any untitled vampire can go anarch for 2 blood, and we have the card go anarch and other things.

Second, the "add a blood and untap" acts like a life in the city, as it gives just 1 blood and the vampire, should be untapped on your master phase, unless she's infernal, sensory deprivated, and other chenanigans.

Actually, as it's worded, this trifle master seem to allow the vampire to hunt and untap every turn. But at +3 stealths.

Are you sure? Add one blood and untap as an action? If yes, he needs to work on the sentence, as it has a period after the "+3 stealth".

The way I wrote it the gain blood is separate from the go anarch action.

Why this card?
-works on titled or untitled vampires
-allows a limited life in the city ability (only anarchs) with fringe untap ability

Why allow a better card than Galaric's Legacy? It sucks! it is a dead card once you have all anarchs.

The untap mean the card is extra good on baali. That's quite strange.
