Price level in England is far to high, for financial/economic reasons, therefore I don´t think House of Atreides is a reliable source to search for prices. Too expensive !!!

Then again if you just compare HAC's prices between the cards you're about to trade with another player this doesn't really matter as the cards from both sides will have been evaluated from the same source.

Whether or not all cards at HAC are priced "correctly" to refect the perceived daily value is another thing...
