Is Lobotomy really bad?

You could save yourself some pool by just using Guedado and Ana Rita Montana with Veil the Legions (instead of Lady Zara / Cyscek for Cloak the Gathering).
You'll probably have trouble getting more than one vampire with superior OBF (so max of one Cloak), so it won't be too much different if you just rely on Veil the Legions instead.

You only need Horatio, Corinne Marcon or any other crappy low-cap to make you Warghouls... So just bring out a baby and while you work on the Warghouls you can grab out Lady Zara or Cysek.

Yes, but with a larger vampire, like Lady Zara/Cysek you can also use Veil at superior and have stealth on the Warghoul Rushes.

It isn't super speedy or anything, but does pretty well (I played it on Friday and won a 5 player table with 3VPs). It should probably have 7x War Ghouls, but I only own the 6. The Imbued angle is a good one, as they bleed pretty solidly through the holes that the War Ghouls make, and when they end up in the hospital, they get mulched into another War Ghoul. It only has 2x Lobotomys, but I regularly have a Lobotomized War Ghoul in play, and if I have, like, 2 or 3 War Ghouls in play, I'm totally winning anyway.
