If there were legal considerations, wouldn't that mean they'd have to make the other pdf expansions unavailable, also?

There's a small part of me that really, really wants to believe it's because they're planning something big, but I fear it's actually because WW just doesn't really care.

Can someone influential person from vekn to contact WW about new set?

Maybe, they're holding off releasing the set as some kind of social experiment to determine the demand for new sets?

V:tes, from what I remember Ben posting about, was profitable when CCP took over the brand.

Paradox has publicly stated that it liked V:tes a few years ago.

Contracts and legalities can move very, very slowly. As someone who has had to sign Non-Disclosure agreements, it can be months or even years before something can be acknowledged by someone who Knows A Thing.

V:tes dovetails nicely with what we know about the impending V5 Vampire: the Masquerade setting.

My guess is that the VEKN IC is most likely further in the know than we in the public are, we just can't know because of NDAs.
