I think that is actually a bit disappointing. That deck is plenty good and doesn't need reinforcements. She doesn't seem to open new options.

I like both. The vampire is a very solid voter, though (as noted) she doesn't really open up any totally new options... though giving voting stealth to !Brujah is good, that's their weak spot.

The library card is very nice. General use but somewhat limited due to title requirement, and very powerful effect which is balanced by a pool and action cost. Me likes!
