Anathema x Tension in the Ranks

So, in our case here:

Strike declaration:
Rabbat declares a strike: send to torpor.
Opposing guy declares a handstrike that would lower Rabbat down to 0 blood.

Strike resolution:
Opposing guy is going to torpor.
Rabbat reaches 0 blood, and is burned to Anathema. We are still in the strike resolution here.

We now have two trigered effects: the pool loos due to Rabbat's burning, and the pool gain due to Anathema triggering. The controler of Rabbat chooses which of these two comes first (but the other event will happen too, whichever is chosen first).
We then finish the strike resolution step, and the controller of Opposing guy burns 1 pool to Tension in the Ranks.
