If Crimson Fury is interrupting the diablerie action (so that the reacting vampire only gets burnt once), how is there still time to resolve a blood hunt on the acting Byzar?

But if Byzar is diablerizing a vampire who is using Crimson Fury + Reform Body, why is Byzar getting burned twice but the other vampire only getting burned once?Bloodhunt in Torpor
The action hasn't finished resolution (it is a successful diablerie) so the remainder of the diablerie resolves, which includes a bloodhunt on Byzar. It isn't relevant that he is in torpor, he can still be the subject of a Bloodhunt Referendum.

1. Vampire A is being diablerised by Byzar.
2. Vampire A plays Crimson Fury. By Crimson Fury, Byzar and Vamp A are burned; so Byzar gains a counter and moving to torpor. Crimson Fury says the Diablerie was successful.
3. Successful Diablerie means Byzar gets the blood and movable equipment of Vamp A.
4. After moving the blood and equipment (and or Byzar gaining a discipline card) a Bloodhunt Referendum is called on Byzar. At this point Byzar could be burned again by the Bloodhunt (gaining a 2nd counter and staying in torpor).

Crimson Fury has text saying that the diablerie is still successful. However, Byzar's special then thwarts the success of the diablerie.

Since he doesn't burn, the otherwise-successful diablerie becomes unsuccessful.

No. Analogy: Ashes to Ashes.
The action is successful (reaches resolution unblocked).
The diablerie is not.
Since he doesn't burn, the otherwise-successful diablerie becomes unsuccessful.
