Put this card on the acting vampire. When another minion plays an action or combat card that requires Dementation [dem] , Dominate [dom] , Obeah [obe] or Serpentis [ser] , this vampire can burn 1 blood to be immune to the effects of that card.
As above, and this vampire untaps at the end of this action.
Okay, e.g. the vampire with this card could burn 1

Bliss has no effect on the opposing minion, so Resilient Mind has no interaction with it.

"immune to the effect" only applies when the vampire with "Resilient Mind" would be affected, right?
Now let's take a look at "Bliss" with


Since "Resilient Mind" only works when appropriate action or combat cards are played, there is obviously no chance to "negate" the effect of inferior "Bliss" when played as a reaction card by a vampire not involved in combat.

But how about "negating" the >cancel< effect when played by the opposing vampire in combat?
