Bleed modifiers on currently blocked bleed

So, we are to live with a raft of LSJ rulings that don't use the rules?

This isn't about "who understands what" but seriously, there are enough inconsistencies between the Rulebook and the CRR. We don't need to doggedly hold on to the past rulings of LSJ that don't reference the terminology of the actual rules.

You keep mislabeling "not reading and/or comprehending the rulebook" as "rulings". I can't stress how wrongheaded this thinking is and how faulty it is as a basis for a discussion.

On a tangential note, I think we can all agree that the rulebook needs to be updated and/or revised with some things.

LSJ used "xe" terminology a lot, when can we get this added to the official rulebook as well?

there's a lot of rulings that just said "correct" but I can't find what this keyword means in VTES. is it a sect like Sabbat?
