They are on hazimel. Should be on everything. But it would be nice if all changes were collected somewhere/all rulings were attached to card look up instead of Q&A stuff just being linked to rulings.

Having said that, its daunting of a task, and im not doing it if given anything but an infinite deadline. B-)

Which is the reason, when you post here, you should copy the cardtexts from there.

Its not so much change in the card text as a clarification, as actions of your own vampires were never D actions on him.

They are, on the .csv card list on this site. Secret Library imports its data from that list but as far as I know there is no automated synchronization. Psyche! is up to date and I think it is the most recent change, so Secret Library should be up to date now.

Exactly. The only official and most up-to-date cardtexts are on this website, nowhere else.
