file Diverse Temporis cards.

Okay. Here are some Temporis questions.

1. card:
Amulet of Temporal Perception
Type: Equipment
Unique equipment.
This vampire may burn 1 blood to play a card that requires basic Temporis [tem] from your hand. This equipment can be used only once each turn.

Q: May you use this card to go around the No repeat action rule? Or the only one act.mod/react card?

2. card:
Domain of Evernight
Type: Action Modifier
Requires: Temporis/Obfuscate
[tem] If this action is blocked, all damage done to vampires in the resulting combat is aggravated.

Q: May a blocker back-out like the basic Dawn operation?

3. card
Hourglass of the Mind
Type: Action
Requires: Temporis/Potence
+1 stealth action.
[TEM] Put this card on this acting vampire. During your untap phase, this vampire may burn 2 blood to add a counter to this card. While this vampire is ready, you get +X hand size, where X is the number of counters on this card.

Q: May you burn 4 cards to get 2 counters.

......
And a quick non-temporis question that's been answered before.

If you play a reaction card that ends the action. You may not play freak drive/seraphs second, right?

IANPB, but I'll try anyhow ..

1. card:
Amulet of Temporal Perception
[..]
Q: May you use this card to go around the No repeat action rule? Or the only one act.mod/react card?

No. The cards are played as any other card.

2. card:
Domain of Evernight
[..]
Q: May a blocker back-out like the basic Dawn operation?

No. The action is played when you're blocked. Combat occurs afterwards as usual.

3. card
Hourglass of the Mind
[..]
Q: May you burn 4 cards to get 2 counters.

No. The card follows the "during X, do Y" template, so you can only use the effect once.

And a quick non-temporis question that's been answered before.

If you play a reaction card that ends the action. You may not play freak drive/seraphs second, right?

Correct.

...though you may play it while announcing action to scare away potential blockers.

Ignorance is bliss.

Well, you can't play it before a Seduction (which is played before this one, due to its " only usable as the acting vampire's action is announced" cardtext). But you can play it before anyone could declare attempts to block, yes.
