What is the value of Art of Memory, trade or cash?
What would be some fair trades for one copy?
Has anyone ever sold or traded it?
I have been looking for some. I will probably try to buy boosters and cross my fingers.
One of my buddies has one and he wants to trade it, but I never get good trades from him (especially nor that he knows he has something I want).

I find the best way to get an impartial opinion is to pick a site that sells single cards and check the price of both sets of cards.

Eg. hacards.com has Art of Memory in stock for £1.25, same price as Third Tradition, Weighted Walking Stick, Raking Talons, or any of dozens of others.

It's probably worth like $400-500.

I propose to sell you 5-6 art of memory for third this price. You only have to sell 2 of them to get back on your investment !

I have not seen this site before.
What is £1.25 in dollars? Like $5?

According to Google, $1.94.

Convert pounds to dollars
