Great work! Even if Adam mentioned that the !vent! are the best clan to use the grinder strategy, I still feel compelled to try out Ira Fay's Akunanse-based one .

Can you guys do something about Isak's video? He looks like some Christopher Shy artwork. :)

Keep the webcasts coming!

Why can't you press to end with thaumaturgy? Movement of the Mind is an awesome card.

Great show.
Some pointers: Isak and Anders needs better lightning in the room.
Adams sound volume was pretty low.

:FOR: + Sticks N Zips is better than :THA: .
You prevent damage that way.

Damage prevention isn't outright better than blood stealing. Both have their advantages in specific situations but in a vacuum, the math is on Theft's side.

If you're not full and if the other guy is not empty.
I agree that damage prevention is not always better. But I think most times it is.

EDIT: Lets do Apportation + Theft VS. Stick + Hidden Strength, since that is probably the most typical set o cards used in either deck's combat.
3 "damage" on the opposing minion and you finish with the same blood VS. 4 damage on the opposing minion and you lose one blood.
It's a trade off, but I prefer to deal more damage with same number of cards.

Both don't damage VS S:CE.
:THA: is worse VS Immortal Grapple combat

I'll raise you with a Magic'd Sniper Rifle.

Actually that´s the :THA: thing I would like to have in Grinders: Magic of the Smith.

:THA: is worse VS :ANI: combat (you steal 2 :blood: , but you can't press to end)

That I might see.

:THA: crypt is not as good as both :DOM: :FOR: we've discussed because of the number of different vampires and the built in abilities and/or votes.
:vent: are awesome.

I'm going to disagree. G2-3 Tre/!Tre are pretty solid.

Oh, I agree that for :DOM: :THA: it is. Rautakanki in one of my favorite decks now.
I just thing G4/5 pure :DOM: :FOR: crypt is even better.

Parity Shift and 2nd Tradition rule. (Actually the guys that use them do)

Well, now, that's not really a !Ventrue deck.

Yes. I don't use !vent!
I use Better Gentlemen with same Sticks. And now some other goodies too. ;)

Since the :AUS: :DOM: is pretty much the same, the differences are in :FOR: VS. :THA: and in the crypts themselves, since I don't think either types of decks uses many in-clan masters or allies.
I still think that Grinders have a wee bit more success because of the damage prevention and the control you have over the Press Step.

Most people use Apportation. And even if you use Movement of the Mind, you don't get to choose to continue if you want.
Grinders have that choice.

Haha, Isak is a living incarnation of Christopher Shy's artwork. I like the focus on Adam. With the new haircut he is Team Sweden's new pretty face.
