Deck Challenge - Girls will find I'm no pushover was created by BeAst
A while back on the NG, Jeff/Adonai/TheLasombra (I'll stick to just Adonai from now) posted a deck challenge dedicated to breaking the growth of !ven grinders that were a big trend on the tournament scene.
In a similar vein this challenge is to break the "Girls will find" archetype that Erik et al have been playing. Its main constituent features are:
Cybele - for her 2 MPA
Aksinya Daclau - for her bleed bounce special
Ashur tablets - for pool gain and card recursion
Liquidation - for pool gain, and with vital cards being recovered by Ashurs
LOTS of masters - for bounce fodder and for Cybele to leverage
Minimal other cards, which can always be recycled through Ashurs.
Your challenge is twofold - firstly to make a deck that can beat the girls as prey, or predator; and secondly a deck that is viable in its own right.
My overtaxed brain suggests these as possibilities -
Light intercept/ lots of bounce - "Girls" works on ousting through bleeds at light stealth.
lots of pool damage - To combat its bloating. Powerbleed? Big poli actions?
Anti master/ashurs sniping tech - to break the main bloat module
Tapping tech - to stop Aksinya bouncing
Combat - to kill its minions and make it choke on cards
There's no prize other than a sage nod from your peers.

Another possibility: play Ashur faster than him. That should be within reach of a Nana Buruku deck with a much higher cardflow than the Girls. Nana Burku also ticks all your other boxes except the large pool damage, but moderate pool damage should be enough once you take away the Ashur and Villein/Minion tap.

Play Trochomancy.
Whenever possible wait until your beeld get bounced to the Girls player and then play Trochomancy to remove cards from her/his discard pile. Often using the inferior version is most effective as it emoves the most cards.
If Girls are your prey then combined use of Slaughterhouse might be appropriate in order to enable/maximize the use of Trochomancies.
Use of Trochomancy is naturally, erm, difficult when Girls are your predator...

Did you knwo that Trochomancy is divination from the (wheel) tracks?
Here is again the anti-Girls deck I used at EC, "Boys who hate Girls who..."
Currently I'd replace one Baldesar with one Sennadurek.

My undertanding (having still never seen the Girls... deck actually played by anyone) is that rush combat doesn't do well against it, because everyone you rush just gets hit with a recycled Golconda. However, rush combat followed up by Graverobbing should be quite good, and I think weenie DBR would crush the Girls as well as be a viable deck in other circumstances.
Victim of Habit would work well as the predator of the Girls deck, but isn't terribly useful otherwise.
Weenie Auspex? Might just end in a stalemate for both decks. The Auspex deck likely won't be able to oust the Girls, but the Girls will probably be helpless to kill the Auspex.
The thing to do would be to hunt down some tournament reports of tourneys in which Girls was played but didn't win, and see what beat it.

I have both played the Girls and played against them and my experience is as follows:
Many smaller bleeds can wear it down. The deck is designed to shake off big bleeders and generate enough pool to deal with "standard" bleeds. What kills it, is having 4-5 minions bleed for 2 each turn, such as Jost Embrace decks tend to do. The problem with that is, that not many decks can consistently do that kind of bleeding unless their predator is asleep.
Combat does actually slow it down as well, but it's key to cripple Aksinya and Cybele before they get Villein'd for tons. Even if they Golconda their empty girl, they're even in pool at best and you get a free game for a few turns. Of course, combat ousts sufficiently slow to give people ample time to make crosstable deals and keep the evil fight deck from getting a VP. This is of course more a game-player-meta problem than a decktype one. People just need to understand the girls needs to go at some point.
Being wall-ish won't cut it, I believe. Unless you're its first or second prey, the girls can just oust two preys while bloating themselves to heaven. They can then just play for timeout and grab the GW. Or, while the Girls aren't too stealthy, they will just bloat out 2-3 Inner Circle Members and brute-force themselves past you with recycled Misdirections, Blind Spots and token stealth. Into Thin Air and Monastary of Shadows goes a long way and once you're out of wakes it's 10+ pool per turn you're looking at.
IMO the Girls deck is just a master version of the !Ventrue grinder. It's irritating to oust, but it doesn't actually do an awful lot until it's too late. It will just sit there for the table to play out and then make their move with 3 guys that can bleed for 3 and a permanent bounce. And that's what makes it so dangerous.

Trochomancy is a great idea; all you need is basic necromancy. There's quite a few minions who have obf nec, so Night Moves (Bleed pred or prey) + Trochomancy works. Who cares if the +1 bleed is ignored?
Cat Burglary + Kindred Spirits are harder to work with Trochomancy, as there is considerably less vampires who have the set disciplines straight out of the crypt. However, if one's KS or CEL based gun/punch deck is getting really miffed, grafting Nec masters and a fist full of Trochomancies should do the trick.But that's more of a metagame answer...
