Thank you! We do not play outside the playgroup, but those who do will understand the limits of the world.
Perfect Paragon is a good card, but I do not see how it is better than Bewitching Oration. One vote at it's worst, who is older to block me anyways?
I did not agree with Voter Captivation because my vamps were so small as to not appreciate it's effects to best benefit.

Voter Captivation's real benefit comes from the superior that allows you to gain 2 pool when the vote passes for 2 or more. Perfect Paragon would enable you to use two different action modifiers in the same vote to gain more votes. Also it's one more vote, if you have only inferior Presence.

I just thought I'd present my perspective on this.
The game isn't really 'intended' to be played with Misprints Allowed (or, sure, they're allowed but the texts from updated versions should be regarded). You got it right with Not Broken, though!
That said - and sorry for echoing others, I don't want to rant - I think as well, that you're free to play the game with which ever modifications you want. Just keep in mind that it's not really something others are doing arond the world.
It's fun to hear from guys like you though, who keep up playing differently!
Also, a wee bit about the Groupings rule: it was included in the rules since Camarilla edition, and can be found from almost any rulebook that comes with starter packs presently available.

I see this notion a bit twisted, really. Newer cards have updated texts so that they would work as an errata, and this was spesifically intended by the designers. There was obivously some problems with the balancing with, say, Majesty not costing blood, so they reprinted it with different texts to balance things out a bit. Thus, when you say that you're playing the game as intended, that is not exactly the case. It was intended, by the designers, to be played with the most recent, best balanced versions of the cards working as errata for the earlier misprints and not-so balanced versions. That is alot of work and keeping up with things we care not about from the Non-Tourney community. Have fun with your 'Official' business. We will keep playing that game as intended (Not broken) (Misprints Allowed)

I hope for your sake that nobody in your playgroup decides to buy some AH-version Tomb of Rameses III from the internet.
or Return to Innocence
or Jyhad-version Fame.
or a bunch of other old printings that can wreck the game.

Yes! If you want the old effects, you pay the dollar for 10 of that card. If you want the new effects, business as usual.
I am not sure why this is unwise. It seems like such a small trifle to get what you want?

That is ok for you to do, but just understand that with many old card texts a lot of cards and decks are way more powerful than they actually should be.
It isn't that much "work" to know the new card texts as there are only really a few of importance. A few that spring to mind that are fairly game-breaking:
* Fame hurts the controller of the famous vampire now, not its prey.
* 5th Tradition only gives 4 blood to the receiving vampire instead of filling it up to capacity
* Majesty is no longer free. The card costs a blood and has the untap built-in at superior.
* Banishment cannot only be used to banish a younger vampire
* Seat-switchers (Dramatic Upheaval and Kindred Restructure) were banned to prevent VP-sniping
* Zip guns can no longer use ammo cards
* Pulled Fangs doesn't do aggravated damage anymore. It simply adds a damage and makes the vampire unable to hunt.
There's a probably a few more, but these come to mind as most game-breaking changes. Most of these were issued during the 7/7/7 rulings in 1997 and are still widely accepted as the best changes ever.
This is also fine to do, but once you've actually *tried* playing without card limits you'll realize that this is far from the truth.
As many people can point out to you, card limits *enforce* boring decks because there are only a few effects that have multiple cards doing similar things (+stealth, +bleed, +intercept). Decks that want to do something special cannot do so because they only get to play 6 copies of that special card.

Same reason why we, as a group, said 6 is a limit on cards, spamming makes for a less fun game.

Well changing the crypt to legal isn't hard really, just replace Aimee with Delilah Easton, Reginald with Mariana Gilbert, and Garret with either Angela Decker, or any of the random 1 cap caitiff if you prefer camarilla over presence. But yeah the library would need lot of work to be workable in tournaments. If you want to go with the dbr + amaranth route, then I would remove dread gazes, dramatic upheaval, peace treaty, and beyond reproach, amaranth, and the zip guns for 5 concealed weapons and 5 saturday night specials. Then I would remove elysium and from a sinking ship for 2x The Uncoiling to stop scourge of the enochians that will kill your deck dead.
