In my experience you need more Brujah Debate (2). I would shrink down the pool gain from 4 (Villein & Blood Doll to just 2 (2 Vessels) and add the 2 Debates. I also played 1 or 2 Parthenons to be able to put two Debates into play as once. Also Anthelios to be able to recover removed Debates. This usually discourages peoples to try to remove the Debates.
And the only combat card you actually need is Taste of Vitae, the whole Pot/Cel stuff is fancy but ultimately not really necessary once 2-4 Debates are in play. And more 2nd Traditions, way more 2nds ..
Reaction (12 cards)
2 On the Que Vive
10 Second Tradition: Domain, The
Combat (4 cards)
4 Taste of Vitae

I also have played this for a while.
More Embraces - even in torpor they count for Consanguineous Boon.
New Carthage - auto include here.
One extra Brujah Justicar - all Brujah vote for this with an extra vote. Even Embraces.
Personally I also use Break the Code and Slow Withering, because I use no disciplines.
I also use Not to Be VS Scourge of the Enochians and the Uncoiling.
Yep, I find them bothersome enough.
I agree with everything the other players wrote.
EDIT:
Just remembered that Oxford University, England has nice synergy with Parity Shift.
Just don't get Delayed!

Your combat package:
Disarm and grapple can stay. Taste should be 4-6. Nothing else is relevant.
Id drop the theatre, add perfect paragon in its place. Maybe some progeny, since you wil have a ton of princes once set up.

Seeing Fred's deck in play the biggest problem was that he couldn't seem to go forward or force his prey to interact with him. I would put several copies of Pentex in the deck in order to force your prey to either try and break it or lose an action/blocker every turn. When you play Pentex it should also put you into better Parity Shift range.
Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.

I have been playing this variant for several years now www.veknfrance.com/decks/twd.htm#2011wonootfp
Changing stuff here and there.
You might want to check it out, it is essentially a 2MPA version of the deck as Ashur Tablets seemed powerful.

Nice version, similar to what i used to run.
Main difference would be i had 70 card version, a bit more politics, and a few invaluable copies of Boxed In, to deal with that pesky AUS weenie with a sniper rifle, or stupid carlton
