Field training without superior discipline
No, the wording of the card follows correct English grammar. The below two examples mean exactly the same with the difference that the first is grammatically correct.Does not the comma before 'and' make It different instructions?
Card text:
Unlock this vampire, choose a Discipline they have at superior, and put this card on another ready non-titled vampire you control.
Alternative text (removing the commas):
Unlock thisvampire, vampire and choose a Discipline they have atsuperior, superior and put this card on another ready non-titled vampire you control.

Can you play this card with an anarch vampire without any superior discipline at all?
If so, would you be able to make another vampire anarch?
This has been asked and answered in
The vampire must have a superior Discipline to choose from.
6.2.1. Announce the Action
All details of the action are declared when the action is announced, including the target(s), the cost, the effects, etc. Any card required for the action is played (face up) at this time. Lock the acting minion (only ready unlocked minions can take actions).
If the card says you have to choose a Discipline at superior (not "up to one"), then you must be able to do so in order to play the card.
