The archetypes aren't balanced.
In most games we will see Perfectionist or Capitalist (or monster or Cavalier).
But all the others are forgotten and deep buried.
I wish a ruling likes that: "All Archetypes are uniques and triffle" I think that balanced a bit the worst ones with the nicest.
EDIT: I want also erase sect requisite.

But Depravity and Humanitas are not "Archetypes" in VTES.
Making Archetypes Unique is a pointless exercise. Sure, there are many Archetypes that are not commonly used (e.g. Conniver, Curmudgeon) but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't create new Archetype cards that are closer in power to Perfectionist or Monster. Capitalist while great, is Sabbat Only, and I find that to ALWAYS be its biggest weakness.

Unlikely to happen.
However, I could easily see vampires with (to my mind) zero-point specials.
Scatter a variation of that around a small handful of vampires. (Possibly not all at once.)

The idea of James is a good way both to make flavorful special and help underused archetypes more playable.
Variant can be vampires that fetch specific archetypes ("you can play guru from your library as a master phase action" possibly with additional cost), or gain blood if another vampire with the archetype activate it, or something like that. Of course, all variant may not be 0-point special.
