No Archetype should have a sect affiliation.
Some underpowered Archetypes should be made Trifles.

I can understand that for current archetypes. But clan-based or sect-based archetypes seem completely possible to me. For example, a Diablolist archetype could conceivebaly be sabbat only, since while Camarilla have known diabolist they frown upon them.

most of the Archetypes actually become outright better than Perfectionist if they're made trifles. Sociopath would be about evenly balanced, and Loner is so terrible it's still not worth playing ever. 5 of the archetypes were trifles to begin with.
so not much really changes.

I'd have done this:
JessieMae McJohnson
Toreador Antitribu
6 cap
PRE AUS cel for
If JessieMae moves from your uncontrolled region to your ready region and does not have an Archetype, she may gain one from your Library (shuffle afterwards).

If JessieMae is ready and a younger vampire moves to your ready region, you may put an Archetype from your library on that vampire as an Out-of-Turn Trifle Master.

If JessieMae is ready and you play Guru on a minion you control (including JessieMae), treat it as though it is a Trifle.

But the aim is to increase the diversity of Archetypes played. The current problem is that - for the same basic cost - you can play Perfectionist or Guru. Or Perfectionist or Loner.
In the situation where the two cost the same, the answer is basically always Perfectionist. When the reduced cost applies identically to Guru (not currently played) and Perfectionist (played regularly), the answer is very unlikely to change - I'll just take that much cheaper Perfectionist.

If you really like the different archetypes, play this:
Guide and Mentor
Master.
Put this card into play. A vampire you control may search your library for a master: archetype and move 1 blood from the bank and that card to himself or herself as a +1 stealth action that costs X pool where X is the number of copies of that card on minions you control (requirements and cost apply as normal).
