Gangrel. Noddist. Camarilla. Once each turn, LivesByProxy may burn 1 blood to lose Protean
until the end of the turn and gain your choice of superior Auspex
, Obfuscate
, or Potence
for the current action.

@mewcat, you mean Striga
(not a discipline). The card is Strix, right?
@Lech, why does Lech loathe ranged weapons? Also, Celerity doesn't seem to have an equivalent to Preturnatural Strength. There's no Celerity action that stays on a vamp granting permanent bonus maneuvers or dodges or whatever.

@nedleeds, that and the fact that Concealed Weapon is disciplineless. That's the most important card, IMO. Has anyone seen CW used for anything else?

I would like to see celerity enable other kinds of multi acting like bleed 2 persons at once, a action modifier to use in the same window of seduction to enable a action card to be played together with the first one.
More actions to steal things, maybe:
A locked minion with celerity can pay 1
to attempt to block with 1 intercept
Steal 1 pool
Steal 2 pool

Sabbat.Black Hand Shakar: Lech loathe ranged weapons. Once each action, he may burn 1 blood to become Camarilla Prince of Krakow until the end of the action.

For flash grandes and sns. But yeah, problem card in that pairing is definitely conceal weapon, hope it will get changed to 1 pool or 0 pool weapons only.

I disagree with this entire post.
And obviously anarch celerity cards are "better" since there is this additional requirement of requiring an anarch. Its quite intentional I would think.

It "works" solely in cel gun combat. Most regular celerity cards are worse than anarch inferior celerity versions.
Also, if cel guns are preventing better celerity, can we just allow 1 or less cost equipment on concealed weapon?
