I'd suggest Earthshocks ar ranged strikes - sure, they cost blood, but they don't make your previously played Torn Signposts go to waste. They can also be used in close range, and cannot be dodged...Combat section really needs some ranged strikes: either Stunt Cycle or Thrown Sewer Lid. Remove, say, three Slams and add thrown stuff (can be Thrown Gates also).

Then you're kind of missing the point of the deck. Enchant Kindred is not there to bleed. It's there to get more guys out for free/cheap. And when someone blocks you smash their face in so the next one won't be blocked.

I am not a fan of Enchant Kindred in decks which do not multi-act or play many reactions.
-14 Enchant Kindred
+8 Social Charm
+6 Public Trust

I like, but I think a decklist doesn't corresponds to the objective as you descibe it. You relly so much on superior enchant kindred and have only 5 vampires with superior presence, which means no more than one sup enchant kindred in a turn in most cases.
I would change some masters to villeins to have some chances against more aggresive predators

This happened: to me and Mike sitting either side of him. We both knew we were giving him the game, but we stopped blocking him. It was a very effective deterrent.
Independent Futurist. Contrarian (titled, X votes where X is the number of votes as the acting minion.) Target Vitals is always the better combat card.

Actually, I completely get the point of the deck. Bleeding for 2 or 3 and gaining pool is much more card efficient than taking actions that do not move the Edge and gain pool. Combat like this is threatening enough that the actions don't need +1 stealth to discourage blocks.
When you are anvil, be patient; when a hammer, strike.

People can let you enchant down a lot more easily than bleed for 3. As initimidating as combat can be, having to punch through all trash blocker (allies like Ponticulus for example) and all defense resilient to grapple (Obedience, mental maze) before gaining pool or accelerating is a major no.
(yes, +1 stealth undirected is easy to block, but still it is a lot easier to negociate for them to pass than direct bleed actions)
