It's the odds that the first vampire isn't the star, times the odds that the second also isn't, etc. So (10/14)*(9/13)*(8/12)*(7/11) Which is about 20%. 4 of the star in a 12 vampire crypt, or 5 in 13, is what is normally recommended, with a few wider view to change any surplus into something else.

For this version I'd try to keep the others to 6 - 8 caps with DOM. That way you can bring out someone other than Hector first in two turns, then govern onto Hector on turn 3.

Well I would say you have absolutely no need to have that big crypt with this deck, 12 should be just fine, cut out all the big lugs. Second, with all that combat you need rushes. Cauldron of Blood is just terrible, Blood Fury is better if you want some hand strikes as it at least can't be prevented. Also with all those second round strikes you might want to consider some shotgun rituals so others than Hector can fight too.

dont see it getting any smaller, all the odd ducks are gone.
alfred is a great bleeder/diablerist
malgorzata cleans up my crypt
ardan lane is a good option for vessels, minion taps
lububratio is a great blocker
Hector is THE blocker, manuver away every time, with reactionary strikes i can dodge long range agg in a pinch. always hit back hard.
if someone goes after hector, ill block the attempt with someone else.
paul acts well with +1stealth, with impunity, and blocks in a pinch


cauldron of blood hits harder than blood fury, steals cannot be prevented, i have plenty of options for vamps that prevent. would rather hit harder otherwise.

11 bleeds for a maximum of 6 blood costing 2 blood
7 bleed bounce
18 cards giving intercept, 4 tapable locations, maximum 11 including paul.
17 untaps, inc deflection, majesty + lucabratio,
12 manuvers, 4 prevents, 3 dodges, 5 S:CE, 8 steal, 6 agg (38 ways to preserve my minsions in combat)
22 blood/pool management cards

master cards costing 19 pool, plenty of pool gain potential though.
