Enablers are fun, hosers are not. If you really need to there's already dominate counters a plenty.
Regarding the original card I'd say the Harbingers problem is not blood economy but rather a lack of payload, great crypts and maybe even delivery. They also have some milling tech working as a decoy for better deck concepts.
