Card submission: Dark Horse

Wouldn't you just play some other expensive master instead, like Zillah's Valley or Monastery of Shadows instead ? Given this card have not much synergy with parity shift.

Not much, but a little better than Zillahs (trifle, get all the pool back). Monastery is not really comparable, since you don't get any pool back from it.
