And still, Ur-Shulgi show up occasionally in twda. And basically it have one less vote and no additional strike.

Sabbat.Black Hand Shakar: Lech loathe ranged weapons. Once each action, he may burn 1 blood to become Camarilla Prince of Krakow until the end of the action.

Just playing around with ideas:
Ur-Shulgi

Independent: Ur-Shulgi has 3 votes (titled). He gets an additional strike each round of combat. +1 bleed.
Ur-Shulgi may discard a card requiring Celerity
to end combat and untap as a strike.
Hmm...the unmerged version still doesn't seem strong enough.

The additional strike really needs to be optional. Stopping him playing Blur for two additional strikes, not just one, is annoying.
The merge text seems to be working against him somewhat. His base version encourages diablerie, but his merge text runs away from combat somewhat. Him being able to do that seems plausible as a huge vampire with mad skills, but from a play perspective would such a deck prefer to hurt opponents more easily, or benefit from such? e.g. untapping for un-readying opponents, untapping whenever Assamites successfully commit diablerie, or stuff like that.
Also, based on card text so far: base Ur-Shulgi is Blood Cursed, advanced isn't, merged is because it gets both sets of text, and nothing says to disregard the Blood Cursed trait from the base vampire.

Just providing card text would solve that problem, and be much easier for people to cut, paste, amend, tweak etc.

I hope that all Assamites will get their blood curse lifted, and any mention (and special - like Ur-Shulgi's) of act of removing blood curse will be removed from the game forever. Let's just all agree that it was bad design, and need to be forgotten.

I agree. Hes scary, not a run away type of elder....
Maybe he can burn a blood to strike dodge with an additional.
Possibly "when Ur-S sends a vampire to torpor or burns a minion, your prey burns one pool.
Merged, once a turn, when your prey burns a pool, you may untap Ur-S"
?

I'd actually have been interested to see a couple of Tajdids that said something like:

I'd actually have been interested to see a couple of Tajdids that said something like:
Card 1
Master. Unique. Tajdid.
For the remainder of the game, the Blood Cursed trait does not prevent diablerie. If a Blood Cursed vampire commits diablerie, untap that vampire. Only one Tajdid card can be played in a game.
Card 2
Master. Unique. Tajdid.
For the remainder of the game, the Blood Cursed trait does not prevent diablerie. Blood Cursed vampires have +1 strength (or some other, possibly more relevant combat benefit). Only one Tajdid card can be played in a game.
