- i capped the number of cards to the number of methuselahs still playing the game. (So it could go up to 5 max and this max will decrease as there will be less and less players)


I would be somewhat wary of this, as cards that get worse as the game goes on are a bit of a bind. As a master, competing against lots of other really good masters - anything from Villein to Pentex Subversion - you almost always want cards that are good at almost any part of the game, or are super-duper good at one part of the game, sufficient to justify their inclusion - such as Zillah's Valley (most useful very early) or Week of Nightmares (late-ish game).

Unique. During your untap phase, you may move the top card of your library face down on Capuchin Agenda. You can look at these cards at any time. You or your minions can play these cards as if from your hand. Any vampire can take a (d) action to burn all cards on Capuchin Agenda.

For brevity, we can also drop the "Secret" component in the name.


I really do like the built-in burn the cards but not the Capuchin Agenda twist. Seems a decent compromise.

That said, on the location side, if the issue is the theme, it would be easy enough to change the theme to make it a location - Capuchin Batcave - or, you know, something better. Maybe the Capuchin Crypt / Santa Maria della Concezione dei Cappuccini .

On the brevity angle, you could just say "...this card..." instead of "...Capuchin Agenda...", although I don't really care either way.

I don't really like this version much. You may pull a nice master card or something like that, but a lot of the time you may end up pulling cards that require inappropriate disciplines, sects, titles etc. At which point it feels too unpredictable to be suitable for a master card, given that you're needing to think about whether a card is good enough to tempt you to play it instead of the really, really good masters that exists.

As a put-in-play action, loquipment or something, it might have legs.

At first i was not caping the cards number due to the issue with masters: i was afraid they would jam and stock otherwise under the capuchin secret agenda...

For the (d) actions when i look cards specially designed for harbingers they have 4 master and 2 equipment cards specially designed for them. Among them 2 masters have a way to be destroyed (maabara and lazarene) and 1 equipment to be stolen (shaal fragment)...
So i really wanted to have a steady card for them ...
