I suggest you start being reasonable.


It has been more than 10 days and the V:EKN Inner Circle has neglected to officially respond to our letter.

We thought the V:TES Community should know.

Does that put us at three minutes to midnight? Where do we stand on the VTESageddon clock? When will you stop this nonsense and let the game go on? I just want to play VTES and not have the organization be under threat of lawsuit because you had a falling out with them. It is bad for the game.

in other news, Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead!

Did you remember to include contact information so that the VEKN could have its attorneys send a response to your attorneys? Or did you use legalzoom.com instead?

After consulting with legal council, we understand that the Cease and Desist sent by former design team members Kuta, Pilhatsch and Chiang does not require a response. That said, we have sent a courtesy reply assuring them that we do not intend to use any of their original material (obviously this does not include original material by other 3rd parties, i.e White Wolf) in our set.
We now consider the matter closed.
