Similar idea to other proposals, its not bad, just worded clunkily. It still works off of vessel n blood doll, so neat. Id rather see the skill mandatory though.

I can also see how adding "skill mandatory" may address mid/large cap vamps with all superior disciplines bloating with LB in addition with other masters.

It's a hard nerf but I don't like to beat around the bush. Besides, the original effect is still VERY powerful. The consequences should reflect that power.

I don't feel it like a nerf at all. You can play Villein, gain all the pool you need for the turn, then Lillith.

Wording needs work but you get the idea.
