The point is that liquidation is a fair and balanced card IF you have only one master phase per turn.

If you add the Atlantic Cup from last month to the list, it's another Liquidation deck with MMPAs and Legionnaires. Liquidation took over the game.

....and again, the issue is not liquidation but the mmpa part of your statement.

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you. MMPA is the problem enabling Liquidation. The wording for MMPAs should have always been the one on Anson, from the original set ("you get two master phase actions (instead of one)", not stacking actions. The real questions are: is the committee in charge of bannings aware of how MMPA decks are dominating the meta and when will something be done about it?
