Re: New Psyche and Telepathic Tracking
Correct. My understanding is that anything that "ends combat", jumps the combat to "part E" of the Complete (Combat) Rules Reference.

No. S:CE causes combat to end. Which necessarily causes the round
to end. Rotschreck operates the same way.

It seems 'yes', but there are still conflicting opinions floating around. I just want to make sure, is all.

So Psyche! still cancels Rötschreck?
Psyche! still interrupts Rotschreck, and causes some of its effect to be lost.

Psyche! being played in the "end of round" window, and Rotschreck ending the combat, thus the round, Psyche! (and other cards such as Taste of Vitae or Telepathic Tracking) is playable (and would create a new combat instead of sending the vampire Rötschreck is on to torpor).

It seems unhelpful to believe conflicting opinions, rather than the direct words of Pascal.

"Interrupts" is better. Rotschreck is still put on the vampire (which means he won't untap as normal during the next untap phase) and ends combat. This is where Psyche! queues a new combat once the first one is over, and stuff that would happen afterwards (Rotschreck sending the vampire to torpor, Catatonic Fear's damage, ...).So Psyche! still cancels Rötschreck?
And, yes, Psyche! interrupts Rotschreck as it used to. But you'll be playing it in combat rather than out of combat (matters for cards such as Terror Frenzy, Marthe Dizier, ..)
EDIT: And of course, jamesatzephyr is correct.

The rules reference for Illusions of the Kindred says:
There is no room to play Psyche! (superior) between the time Illusions of the Kindred ends combat and when the new combat begins. So, when you play Illusions of the Kindred, Psyche! cannot be played. LSJ 19971003
Is this still true? You're now playing Psyche during the combat, not between the two combats, so the "there is no window" argument would seem not to apply.
Illusions of the Kindred - Combat - 2 blood
Only usable before range is determined.
chi: Combat ends. Move the bottom card of your crypt to your ready region. He or she does not contest any other minions or titles in play. The vampire has an amount of blood equal to half of his or her capacity (round down). Combat begins between the vampire and the opposing minion. Remove the crypt card from the game at the end of combat.
CHI: As above, but the vampire has an amount of blood equal to his or her capacity.

Notice that, since the Illusions are removed from the game after the combat in which Psyche! gets played, they're no longer there for the new combat.
