The vampire doesn't go to torpor when resolving the strike but after combat.

The "send to torpor" effect makes the target "wounded" (i.e. not ready, going to torpor), it doesn´t immediately move the target to torpor.

Is a efect applied by a strike, will be handled like theft of vitae, the agravetted damed will be applied and handled on the next step (prevent and mend damage), so the vampire will be already on torpor

To further clarify Hobbes' answer:
1. Touch and damage happens when strikes resolve
2. Touched vampire goes to torpor and opposing vampire now has aggravated damage dealt to them
3. Opposing vampire now has to prevent the aggravated damage or becomes wounded or , if already wounded, burn blood to prevent destruction

Simultaneous Touch of Oblivion and aggravated damage

The most common case where this could happen would be "deal damage durign the normal strike resolution phase" under an effect like Dawn Operation.

In the case of Aggravated damage being inflicted at the same time as "touch of oblivion" is resolved, the vampire goes to torpor before dmage is appled, becase all damage dealt opens a "damage resolution" window, where damage can be prevented or must be mended.

so tl;dr:
If a vampire is inflicted with aggravated damage at the same time as touch of oblivion resolves, they go to torpor first.

I think that would depend on what the exact source is for that aggravated damage... would you have an example?

In combat, the usuals order of things would be:

Combat Sequence

Combat occurs in a series of one or more rounds. Each round of combat has seven steps:

1. Before Range: Play cards before range is chosen.
2. Determine Range: Use maneuvers to change the range to close or long.
3. Before Strikes: Play cards before strikes are chosen.
4. Strike: Announce and resolve strikes.
5. Damage Resolution: Prevent and mend damage.
6. Press: Use presses to continue into another round or to end combat.
7. End of Round: End of round cards and effects are played here.

This usually means that the Touch of Oblivion resolves first, in step 4.
Damage handling - including aggravated damage - only happens later in combat, in step 5.

If a vampire is affected by Touch of Oblivion at OBL and aggravated damage simultaneously, which effect is handled first?

In case Touch of Oblivion is handled first, the vampire would be considered wounded, and could by burned by aggravated damage.

In case the aggravated damage is handled first, the vampire would be wounded and going to torpor, but then Touch of Oblivion woudn't affect him, because he is already in her way to torpor.

Rulebook states that normal damage is handled first, then aggravated damage. But I can't find anything about these torpor effects (Entombment, Coma, Touch of Oblivion).

World of Darkness reference: Ability in VTM for Harbingers of Ashur..The Obsidian Mask: The Harbinger is not really a Kindred but a wraith inhabiting a Kindred's body. Learning Oblivion Ceremonies may be done so without a teacher for them, and they receive two dice to resist control effects (e.g. via Dominate), but at the cost of being vulnerable to Oblivion Ceremonies, taking a two-dice penalty towards resisting control effects over their ghostly self.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This card is part of the Mask set for hecata. It allows you to fetch key cards that are in the ash heap but also makes weenies more powerful at the cost of 2 blood. It fits quite well with the lore. One possible change would be to cost nothing but give the penalty that the vampire with it also pays +1 blood on oblivion actions.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This card is part of the Mask set for hecata. An option to give stealth to other allies like bone shambler costing blood. It is also a way to have an inferior touch of oblivion ranged to help combat other allies. Combat with another ally is the only way of removing this mask by burning it.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This is a new combat card to work together with the new hecata allies or to be used in Lasombra combat when they are going into torpor. It is a way to punish opponents in combat who torporize your vampires or who decide to block your squishy allies in combat (servitor or bone shambler) so as to make them take damage (similar to FBI event). It does cost 1 blood and to lock another unlocked vampire not involved in combat so as not to be abused.

The superior effect is also very good to help you deal with combat since it is basically a rescue action at the same time and costing the same. I made it so it can work cross table if you need to desperately rescue another vampire from an ally right before combat is over (the opponent would not take damage since you do not control the minion so the basic effects do not proc), or if you just want to negotiate the rescue while it is not even your turn.

World of Darkness reference: The gift of false life is an ability in VTM. "Gift of False Life, Raise either a single corpse or a group to perform simple single or repetitive tasks."

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This card is the idea of bringing in more unleash hell's fury type of cards to work with either hecata or lasombra. Hecata wall would benefit from another blocker for directed actions and would fit with the flavor of undead thrall that is used as a meat shield. It can only block once but it may do 1 damage in combat.

Superior oblivion [OBL] Only usable before range is determined. Opposing minions without auspex [aus] cannot strike: combat ends in the first round of combat. A vampire can play only one Tenebrous Avatar at superior each combat.

Flavor text: None.

Art notes: A monstruous shadow or a giant dark figure looming.

World of Darkness reference: Tenebrous Avatar is an ability in the lore. "Tenebrous Avatar: The vampire becomes a sentient patch of two-dimensional darkness, immune to damage except fire and sunlight. While in this shadow state they can pass through anything not hermetically sealed, are immune to most harms as described above, and can envelop others to feed without breaking the skin. Those enveloped by a vampire using Tenebrous Avatar suffer the effects of Stygian Shroud."

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This card is to support Lasombra and Hecata combat to give more combat options instead of immortal grapple to stop combat ends. It only works on minions that do not have auspex so it is situational, however the inferior effect is also handy because it allows you to strength strike even at long range.

The fact the superior only works on minions without auspex is flavourful since it is because the minion is not able to detect or see it so the avatar traps them in combat.

Another option to make it more lore-friendly would be to give prevention to non-aggravated damage however not sure if that would not be too strong for oblivion.

World of Darkness reference: Howling Shambler is referenced in VTM lore.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This is a new retainer to fill in the lack of retainers and to be used by the new lasombra and hecata. It allows the vampire to discard cards with oblivion that are not needed and get more strength for the combat and since it is not unique you can stack them as well to get multiple discards.

At first I considered giving +2 strength instead but with the downside of not allowing the retainer to have additional strikes or maneuvers to long, but I think this way it is reasonable. I am unsure if 1 blood cost though is not too much and should be free instead. It can be used in conjunction with paths in two worlds as well.
