Most of them must be spambots. It has been like that for a couple of weeks at least.

Work is not being done yet, so we would like to have some artists ready for when work is started.

Yep, that's what I want to know, too.

Perhaps you should rephrase that question to:
"What would be needed to publish a new set and what can the community do to help?"
