Rulebook: Potentially misleading and oddly placed passages
ADVANCED RULES
Some cards provide the ability to set the range directly, as opposed to a simple maneuver. They follow the normal sequencing rules. Once such an effect is used, no further effect nor maneuver can be used to alter the range. Other cards and effects played "before range is chosen" can still be played afterwards.

add X blood (without referring it is from the blood bank) = to take blood from the blood bank
move x blood from x = to move blood from the x (source mentioned)

The section already exists (Object of the game > Counters) and "add" is already described in both that section and the Glossary. The rulebook should add a section where it is made clear that:
add X blood (without referring it is from the blood bank) = to take blood from the blood bank
move x blood from x = to move blood from the x (source mentioned)
It could however be extended to all kind of counters and cards.

Still think that something that is this fundamental and that has been changed from what used to be explicit text indicating that it was from the blood bank to now be implicit because of the use of the word/template "add x blood" without referencing from what source should be better defined. A suitable place would be in section 3 under "Wording Templates".
Add/Put X {type of} counter(s): By default, counters (e.g. blood, corruption, etc.) are added from the blood bank if no other source is explicitly mentioned.

Should be "If a single minion can't perform a mandatory action or has two [...]If a single minion has two or more different mandatory actions, then they are “stuck” and cannot perform any action (this does not prevent your other minions from performing actions, however).
Aka the "change of target on a mandatory hunt" rule.
Adding to this in this thread so it is in one place, suggested wording below
Rulebook change:
Some actions are mandatory. Any of those actions must be performed before any nonmandatory actions and nonrepeatable actions only need to be performed once per turn as such. If you have two or more minions with mandatory actions, they may be done in the order you choose. A minion required to take a mandatory action cannot perform any other action. For example, a ready vampire with no blood must hunt as a mandatory action.
If a single minion has two or more different mandatory actions, or cannot perform a mandatory action, then they are “stuck” and cannot perform any action (this does not prevent your other minions from performing actions, however).
I'm withdrawing the above suggestion as I believe it to be incorrect, the correct reason for the handling I think is described in this thread and I will resubmit a suggestion here once it is confirmed by Ankha
