file Extending the "Any" Grouping. Thoughts ?

10 Dec 2012 07:48 #42647 by Haze

The player with the most cards has the best crypt and wins.

just to be honest : is it not the case already ?
Let's change the sentence : the player with the most cards have the Ashur and the Cogs and wins.
The player with the most cards have the tupdogs you don't have, and wins.

I mean I can accept any argumentation but not this one

the player with all the tupdogs will still have all the tupdogs after you change the grouping rule. now he just gets even more options to play with, while the new player maybe gets a slight convenience with their small collection. the gap widens.

i really like the idea of all non-unique vampires having the "Any" Grouping, i would love to see the introduction of V5 Any crypt cards.

My biggest concern would not be the actual the current state of game. The designers need to check all "any" vampires for new groups. There could be some difficulties for new sets, especially for small groups like BloodBrothers if you have more any groupings. Therefore, I would not recomment it.
