Hear the rumor about the WoD Living Card Game?

I have seen a steady stream of "leaks" keep flowing since I made this topic months ago. I am more or less sure it is true at this point as I have seen links from differing sites all seeming to be from the same content and don't contradict each
other at all.
Still no word from FFG them selves. Tho I have seen/heard number of insiders talk about this game any unofficially confirm it is happening more or less confirms it.

Latest new I have heard is that the princes/TOs of around 5 cities have been running small play tests and have been invited to Gencon to help do demo games and run a beta tournament there.
I am guessing a few of the members here have played in one of those groups at this point, can some one give at least a wink and a nob style confirm at this point?

From what I understand, FFG's playtester NDA has a clause that requires playtesters to keep mum about being playtesters, so I'm not too sure that you'll get any response to that question.
